How does post-construction cleaning with Extol work?
Call us when the work is done, we look at the space and quote, and we clean on the day you book. A key, code or a contractor on site lets us in.
- Call, text or WhatsApp. Tell us the town, what was renovated and when the work ends. We answer the same day when possible, within 24 hours.
- Visit or quote. We prefer to see the space before quoting, because dust levels vary a lot; we quote without a visit when needed.
- Cleaning day. Book at least 24 hours ahead. A key or code is fine, and we bring all supplies. We work Monday to Friday, 7 am to 10 pm.
- 24-hour check. Tell us within 24 hours if something was missed and we return and redo it at no cost.

What is your cancellation policy?
Give us 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancelling between 48 and 24 hours before the visit costs 50% of the visit. Under 24 hours costs the full price.
