These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and to the cleaning services you arrange with us. By using the site or scheduling a service, you agree to these terms.
1. Who operates this site

2. What this site does and does not do
This site describes our cleaning services and lets you send a request for an estimate. Sending a request does not create a booking or a contract. A visit is confirmed only after we agree with you, by phone, text or email, on the service, the date and the price. The site does not take online bookings or payments.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not send false or misleading requests, submit content that is abusive or unlawful, attempt to access parts of the site or its systems without authorization, or interfere with how the site works.
4. Intellectual property
The text, photos, logo and other content on this site belong to Extol Corporation or are used with permission. Photos of cleaning results show work done by Extol Cleaning. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse this content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Names of third-party products and services mentioned on the site belong to their owners.
5. Estimates, prices and information on this site
Every service is quoted individually, based on the size and condition of the home or space and the work requested. Any price, price range, list of included tasks or other information on this site is for general reference only and is not a binding offer. The final price is the one we confirm with you before the visit. We may correct errors or update the information on the site at any time.
6. Scheduling and cancellation
Visits are by appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible:

7. Re-clean guarantee
If something in the agreed service was not cleaned to your satisfaction, tell us within 24 hours of the visit. We will return and re-clean the area at no additional cost. Requests made after 24 hours are not covered by this guarantee.
8. Payment
We accept Zelle, Venmo, credit or debit card, check and cash. Payment terms for each service are confirmed with you when the visit is scheduled.
9. Limitation of liability
We perform our services with reasonable care. To the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law:
- the information on this website is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and we are not responsible for decisions made based solely on it;
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services;
- our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. If you believe something was damaged during a visit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can look into it.
10. External links
This site may link to websites we do not operate, such as Google reviews or social media pages. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect a visit already confirmed under the earlier terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
