We prefer to see the home before quoting, and we quote without a visit when that works better for you. The price is set before cleaning day.

Book at least 24 hours ahead. You do not need to be home: a key or door code is fine, and we bring all the supplies.

Doing it yourself makes sense for a small space and a free weekend. A franchise suits people who want a large company behind the visit. Extol Cleaning fits homeowners, busy professionals and small businesses who want a small, women-owned team with the owner as their point of contact. We don’t take exterior windows as a main job or wash walls.
What do people ask before booking?
How much does house cleaning cost?
Every quote is based on your home: its size in bedrooms and bathrooms, its condition and the service you choose. Send us the size of your home by text, WhatsApp or the form, and you will get a quote promptly. The price is fixed before cleaning day.
Which towns do you serve?
We serve 20 Massachusetts towns, 3 Boston neighborhoods (South Boston, Charlestown and East Boston) and Salem, NH, from our base in Malden.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients leave a key or a door code. We bring all the cleaning supplies and equipment, with an eco-friendly option if you prefer it.
What if I am not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we come back and redo it at no cost. Attention to detail is the topic clients mention most in our Google reviews.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancelling between 48 and 24 hours before the visit costs 50% of the visit; under 24 hours costs the full price.
How can I pay?
Zelle, Venmo, credit card, check or cash. We clean Monday to Friday, 7 am to 10 pm; weekend visits only by special arrangement.
Not sure where to start? Most clients begin with standard house cleaning or, when the home has fallen behind, a deep cleaning with oven, fridge and baseboards. Moving?
